So as I'm walking Behnsen at lunch, our route takes us by St. Paul's Hospital, we happen to chance upon some swallows doing their thing. There must have been at least 30 of these wonderful birds all swooping and diving along the sidewalk. I had to stop and stare for at least 10 minutes. It was magical. They flew very close and several swooped over the top of my head so close that my hair moved and I could hear their wings flapping. It's the first time I have seen so many.
